The last three-four years were disappointing for Arsenal as they were unable to perform in the Champions League, and this season they are entirely out of European competition. Arsenal is under a lot of pressure after the underperformance of their players and their lack of form.

 

Gunners could not perform in the 2020-2021 season, and Arsenal disappointed everyone by underperforming continuously for many seasons. Eddie Nketiah

 

Nketiah was given his first-ever start as he came off the bench to net two goals in a 3-2 victory for Arsenal over Norwich City at Carrow Road. Nketiah is exceptionally talented, but with Arsenal having so many options, it's hard to see him breaking into the team consistently unless he has an incredible run of form.

Hector Bellerin 

When Hector Bellerin started his career, he was seen as one of the best fullbacks in the Premier League. Injuries began coming in the way of the outstanding performances from Hector, and he started losing his grip on Arteta's side. 

 

Arsenal might be planning to sell Bellerin at the best price to utilize the amount for buying some new players. The 26-year-old was a mess last year, often being neglected in the rage of Cedric and Calum Chambers. However, Gunners are continuously signaling for the temporary departure of Bellerin, offering an option to buy again.

 

Granit Xhaka

 

Xhaka has been playing professional football since 2009 when he joined the senior squad of Swiss side FC Basel and made his first league debut. Presently, he is playing for Arsenal and struggling to perform well in the league. Arenal boss Mikel Arteta works to replace Granit with some other player who can perform well for the club.

 

Granit was once considered the key player of Arsenal, but now the team has reconsidered his position. He started playing as a midfielder for Arsenal with 29 Premier Leagues last season. Currently, he is left with two years contract with Arsenal and struggling to be a part of a team.

 

Mohammed Elneny

 

"We are ready for every game. We had some difficulties in the middle of the season due to injuries, but we have overcome it, and now everyone is fit. We have a great team spirit, and that's why we reached this stage of the Champions League. Now, we need to do our best to reach the final", once quoted by Elneny is facing difficulty maintaining his position in Arsenal.

 

Mohammed Elneny joined Arsenal in 2016, and since then, he has been the best squad player. This player has been a part of the team for 15 Premier Leagues, but Arsenal is considering him to sell at the best price. Many well-wishers of the team advocated that the end of the association between Arsenal and Elneny will be best for both player and club.
